Hi Barracudas!

Here is the information for Wednesday's B Meet at Potomac Glen

Address – Our pool is located at 13651 Hayworth Drive, Potomac. Feel free to have the swimmers dropped off at the club house before the parent’s park on the street.

Parking – Unfortunately, the parking lots closest to the pool and townhouses are not to be used. We ask that all cars park along Cavanaugh Drive or Deerbrook Drive. Parking on Deerbrook is available on the side closest to the tennis courts and pool.

NOTE -- Potomac Glen will run kickboard races for their pre-team at the start of the meet. If any 8&Under swimmer would like to participate in the kickboard races, please let Malka know at the start of the meet. 

Volunteers -- Please sign up! We still need timers, a scorer, boys clerk of course and girls clerk of course

Timeline – 

Potomac Glen swarms up at 5pm-5:20pm.
BE warm-ups will be from 5:20-5:40pm.
Stroke & Turn meeting 5:20pm at the far end of the baby pool
Timers meeting 5:30pm at the near end of the baby pool
Meet start at 6:00 pm

Noise – As we are an HOA pool, the association has noise constraints, so please be sure that your coaches are aware of this.

Team Area - Your team area is on the Cavanaugh Drive side of the pool. This is the far end of the pool (with respect to the lifeguard office) in the grassy area. We will be starting from the end of the pool near the baby pool. There is a modest amount of shade, but you may want to bring your tents. Automation and ribbons are inside the clubhouse (upper level). 

Meet Programs – We will not be selling programs.

Volunteers and Officials – Once all officials and volunteers have arrived, please check in at the starter tent.

Concessions – We will be selling concessions during the meet.
