Attached please find the meet program for our 2nd "A" Meet of the season against Wildwood Manor (WM) tomorrow, SATURDAY, JUNE 24, 2023. Kindly print the program if you want a hard copy on deck. Please be at the Wildwood Manor pool by 7:30am. See below for important details including preordering food from the food truck today for Saturday delivery.  

THE THEME IS WINTER WONDERLAND. SO PLEASE BRING YOUR COATS, HATS, GLOVES and SCARVES.  PERFECT FOR A CHILLY MORNING. 

Location: Wildwood Manor Pool: Wildwood Manor 10235 Hatherleigh Dr, Bethesda, MD 20814. Driving directions

Parking: Parking is in one of two places, either in the front of the pool in the upper lot or around the corner off Cheshire Drive in the lower lot. The lower lot is a very short walk up to the entrance of the pool via a walkway. Wildwood Manor will leave the front “upper” parking lot off of Hatherleigh Drive open for our team to park. There is also street parking in the neighborhood.

• WM Warm-up: 7:45am - 8:15am
• BE Warm-up: 8:15am - 8:45am

• Officials' Meeting: 8:15am
• Timer Meeting: 8:30am
• Scratch Meeting: 8:45am
• Meet Start Time: 9:00am

Volunteers: If you haven’t already done so, please sign up for a job to help us run Saturday’s meet. To sign up:

• Go to www.bebarracudas.org,

• Click on "Meets & Events" tab
• Scroll down to "June 24"
• Click on the "Job Sign-Up" button
• Choose a job to perform

BE Team Seating Area: Our team area is located in the grassy area behind the starter, alongside the far side of the pool.  Please bring chairs and tents as the area can be sunny in the morning.

Food:  Wildwood Manor will have coffee, donuts, water, and Gatorade available for cash only. A hospitality table will be available for volunteers behind the starting area.

Wildwood Manor will also have the Pacha Mama Juice Co truck in the parking lot. It is recommended to place your order today. Their flyer with QR code is attached. Link to order is also here: https://pacha-mamas-juice.square.site/ Make sure to change the order date to SATURDAY (tomorrow). Disregard the address for pick up, the truck will be at Wildwood Manor. No waffles and coffee will be available from the food truck.
