Hi Barracudas!

Wednesday is our second B meet against Bannockburn. 

Registration deadline is Sunday at 9 pm. 

IMPORTANT: Bannockburn has a strict 8:30 deadline to be off the deck and must accommodate their rules to meat the neighborhood's requirements. (That is why this email is also so late. We have been discussing these terms.)

Here are the registration/swimming guidelines: 

• For June 17th A meet swimmers: Max 2 events per swimmer and you may not swim the event you swam on June 17.
• For Non-A meet swimmers: Max 3 events
• IM only for ages 10 and older only
• Swimmers should be legal in events they choose; please don't enter kids in events they are not ready to swim.
• No deck entries. Coaches cannot make any exceptions for late entries. 

If you enter your child in more events that is allowed, we will remove the swimmers from events.

PARKING - Bannockburn has a very small parking lot. Visitors can easily find street parking on any adjoining streets, Laverock Ln, Bannockburn Drive, W. Halbert Road, etc... 

FOOD FOR SALE - The DMV Taqueria food truck will be on site.

TEAM AREAS - We will set up a sign marking the assigned area for your team. Upon entrance, you'll be to the left, along the fence side of the pool.

5:00-5:20 - Warm Up Home Team
5:20-5:40 Warm Up - Bethesda
5:45 - Officials and Timers Meeting
6:00 Meet Start Time

VOLUNTEERS: Please sign up for a volunteer job when you sign your child up to swim. 

PROGRAMS: Another reminder and the meet program will be sent Tuesday evening. The program will also be posted on our homepage. We do not sell or provide programs at the meet.
