Hello Barracudas,

MCSL has announced that there will be a summer swim season this
year. There will be restrictions on the number of swimmers permitted at
practices and meets and there are other matters that MCSL is working through,
more details will follow.

Except for our coaches, MCSL is a PARENT/GUARDIAN-VOLUNTEER
run swim league, from team representatives to timers – all volunteers. Our
parent staff is turning over this year. Jim Hallmark who led the team for years
is officially retired, and we (Parks family) are phasing out as our son is not swimming
this summer but will next year, and there are other key families from past
years that are not returning.

To have a team we must fill the following Parent Positions:

A Reps (2) Parks will rep & help run team but
without our son swimming this year our attendance at meets will be limited.

B Reps (2-3)

Treasurer (1)

Computer Operator/Automation (2-3)

Officials Coordinator (1)

Please contact me as soon as possible if you are interested in a position. If we do not fill the above positions and notify the county by May 9^th of our participation, we will have to forgo the season and the team, unfortunately may fold.
