Barracudas,

2nd Reminder: The Bethesda Barracudas are holding Time Trials this Saturday, June 8 at 7:30 am at our Bethesda outdoor pool. The purpose of this swim meet is to enable swimmers to get their first official time of the new summer season in each event they want to swim.  If your swimmer is new, please just sign up for freestyle (not backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly or the individual medley).  There will be plenty of time this summer for new swimmers to develop the competence and confidence to swim these additional strokes.

Note that we will take a team photo immediately before the start of the Time Trials meet, so please be at the pool by 7:30am this Saturday.  At that time, we will hand out (i) a t-shirt for swimmers to wear for the photo, and ii) a swim cap & bag tag.

The deadline for signing up for Time Trials is Wednesday, June 5 @ 9 pm. Swimmers cannot swim in Saturday's meet if they aren't signed up by the Wednesday deadline (no exceptions). 

To sign up:

1) Go to www.bebarracudas.org;

2) Click on the "Meets & Events" tab (at the top of the page);

3) Scroll down to the "Time Trials 2019" meet;

4) Click on the green "Meet Entry" button;

5) Sign up your swimmer(s) for the events s/he wants to swim

6) Parents, sign up for the job you'll do at the meet (we can't run the meet without everyone's help!).
