Reminder:  the Abby Shapiro Memorial Banquet is tonight (Wednesday, July 25) at 5:15 - 8pm at Temple Shalom (8401 Grubb Rd, Chevy Chase, MD 20815).

Schedule of Events:

• 5:15pm
  • Set up tables, chairs, PA & other electronic equipment
    • If someone has a projector on which we can show photos of our meets this summer, please let Jim Hallmark know.  We may need you to bring it to the banquet tonight.
  • The chicken, pizza & dessert are scheduled to be delivered to the Temple
  • Families bring their assigned dishes
    • Last Name begins with:
      • A - M: Pasta
      • N - Z: Fruit, vegetable, salad
    • Please bring serving utensils with your dish & please remember to take your dish / utensils when you leave the banquet!
  • Set up trophies / awards
• 5:45 - 6:45pm
  
  • Everyone eats / chats / plays games
• 6:45pm
  • Awards ceremony
• 7:30pm
  • Banquet ends / clean-up
• 8pm
  • Exit the building
