Barracudas, We look forward to our 4th "A" Meet of the season against Flower Valley (FV). Please be at the Bethesda pool by 7:30am. See below for important details. Who is swimming? Coach Malka will send out a lineup of who qualifies to swim this Saturday. Swimming at A Meets is highly prized, so if you confirmed but later find that you (your swimmer) can’t attend, please notify Coach Malka ((240) 461-1768 or [email protected]) immediately so that we can give another swimmer the opportunity to swim at the meet. Location: Bethesda Outdoor Pool, 6300 Little Falls Parkway Bethedsa, MD 20816. Parking: Please use the parking lot adjacent to the pool. Overflow parking is available on Little Falls Parkway west of Arlington Road. Important Times

The visiting team will sit in the portion of the grassy area along the fence closest to the Crescent Rail (+ the bleachers), so please don't sit in that area. There is little shade, so bring tents. Barracudas, We look forward to our Division Relay Meet (Relay Carnival) at TBA pool. Relay Carnival is an annual meet that Bethesda joins with the other 5 swim teams in our MCSL's Division B (Chevy Chase Recreation Association, Darnestown, Flower Valley, Country Glen, and Woodcliffe). Each of these 6 swim teams forms 22 of their fastest relay teams (see the 22 relays here) and turns them loose on Sunday morning for some fun, fast swimming. Details will be posted soon. |

Date, Location & Schedule The MCSL Coaches Invitational Long Course Meet will be held at the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center on Tuesday, July 8th. The meet will begin at 6:30 pm and the facility will be opened at 5:00 pm. The warm-up schedule is listed below:
There will be no halftime break. Instead, we have three lanes for continuous warm-up/warm-down in the upper pool. These lanes will open after the warmup period in the competition pool has concluded. Swimmers may only warm-up in the Competition Pool during the designated warm-up period. |
