We look forward to our 1st "A" Meet of the season against Country Glen (CG). Please be at the Country Glen pool by 7:30am. See below for important details.

Who is swimming? Coach Malka will send out a lineup of who qualifies to swim this Saturday. Swimming at A Meets is highly prized, so if you confirmed but later find that you (your swimmer) can’t attend, please notify Coach Malka ((240) 461-1768 or [email protected]) immediately so that we can give another swimmer the opportunity to swim at the meet.

Location: Country Glen Swim & Tennis Club, 10055 Glen Road, Potomac, MD 20854.

Parking: Ample parking is available in the Country Glen lot, the adjacent Wayside Elementary School lot, or along Glen Rd.

• BE Warm-up: 8:20 AM - 8:40 AM
• Officials' Meeting: 8:20 AM (near the snack bar)
• Timer Meeting: 8:30 AM (near the starter)

Dress-Up Theme: Beach Vibes

BE Team Seating Area: Our team's designated area is on the deck behind the starter, stretching along the entire side. This area offers mostly shade, ample lounge chairs, and some upright chairs and tables for parents. We encourage parents to consider bringing folding chairs for added comfort, as seating may be limited. Tents are also welcome for extra shade.

Programs: A digital program will be emailed Friday evening. Printed programs will not be available for sale at the meet.

Food: The CG snack bar will offer a variety of hot and cold breakfast items and other refreshments throughout the day. Timers, officials, and coaches will receive complimentary snacks and drinks in the baby pool area during halftime. A convenient water bottle filling station is located near our record board for the use of swimmers and spectators. CG will also be providing cold water bottles to volunteers.

Parking: Please use the parking lot adjacent to the pool. Overflow parking is available on Little Falls Parkway west of Arlington Road.

BE Team Seating Area: Our team will sit in the grassy area closest to the diving boards and slides. The visiting team will sit in the portion of the grassy area along the fence closest to the Crescent Rail (+ the bleachers), so please don't sit in that area. There is little shade, so bring tents.

Programs: The meet program is here. We will not be selling programs at the meet. Please print a copy for yourself if you would like a meet program.

Food: We will be selling drinks and snacks at the meet.

2025 Week 1B Blue vs White

Barracudas,

We look forward to the start of our 2025 Season. Time Trials is a scrimmage meet (against ourselves) that allows swimmers to get their official time of the new summer season. The times at this meet will determine who qualifies for our first A meet.

Location: Bethesda Outdoor Pool, 6300 Little Falls Parkway Bethedsa, MD 20816.

• We will take a team photo immediately before the start of the meet so, please be at the pool by 7:00am on Saturday, June 7. At that time, we will hand out a t-shirt for swimmers to wear for the photo.
• Warm-ups will start at 8:00am
