Hello Barracudas!

We are excited for another season in the pool, kicking off THIS Saturday, June 6 with Time Trials.

Here is all you need to know:

REGISTRATION

You MUST be registered before you can sign up for Saturday time trials, so please sign up ASAP if you haven't already with Montgomery County. And remember to ALSO register with the team at the Barracudas website here and to submit your dues to Zoe via Zelle at [email protected] or Venmo @@Cong-You-3 (last four 8209).

TIME TRIALS 

Sign up: Declare your intent to swim and choose the events by Wednesday (tomorrow) at 9:00 pm. More info on HOW to sign up below.

Volunteer: Do not forget to sign up for a volunteer slot. Because this is an intramural, we need twice the number of volunteers. We need timers. concessions, set up, break down, and more. It is important that we all participate. There is a tab right next to the meet sign up tab.

Team Photo: Please arrive at the pool by 7:00 am to check in, receive your cap, t-shirt and to get situated. Team photos will be taken at 7:30 am. A copy of the team photo, cap, and t-shirt is included in the team dues.

If you would like an individual picture of your swimmer, please arrive at 6:45 am. Cash, Checks and Venmo are accepted, paying Abby Kelly Photography directly.

How to Register for Time Trials:

• Go to www.bebarracudas.org and click Login.

• Sign on to your account. If you can’t remember your password, click Unable to login to reset your password.
• Go to Home page and select Meets & Events tab.

• Scroll down to June 8 Time Trials and Team Photo
• Click Meet Entry
• Register for all the events your child(ren) would like to swim. If you're child is 9 or younger or a new swimmer, please check with Coach Malka before entering the 100 I.M.

What to bring: You may bring chairs, shade tents, umbrellas and blankets. Sunscreen, water, an extra pair of goggles are all suggested, too.

Concessions: There will concessions for sale. (We need volunteers to run the concession stand!)

Attire: Blue and White!

Parking: Please do NOT park in front of the dumpsters on the side of the pool. If the parking lot is full, please use the overflow lot on Little Falls Parkway. (It's just half a block from the pool.)
