Just a reminder that our Abbey Shapiro Team Banquet is tomorrow (Sunday) from 4:00pm – 7:00pm. The agenda for the banquet is as follows:

• 3:30 Set Up (Set up volunteers only)
• 4:00pm – 4:45pm -  Pools Games lead by the coaches
• 4:45pm – 5:15pm - Food served
• 5:15pm – 6:30pm - Team Awards and Desert
• 6:30pm – 7:00pm - Clean Up

Important Notes:

• Unfortunately, there is a chance for pop-up thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon and in the event of rain we may have to adjust the schedule of events. If the event is a complete wash out (pool closes), we will distribute food, cake, and awards from tents in the pool parking lot for families to take home.
• If you have ordered a boxed meal for someone other than a swimmer or parent/guardian, we kindly ask that you pay for it. Please pay $8.00 per meal to Vibeke Svensson by Venmo @Vibeke-Svensson or bring cash/check to the banquet.
• We have over 80 families and 180 people scheduled to attend and need volunteers for set up, clean up, beverages and more. Please sign up to help if you can.
