We look forward to our 1st "A" Meet of the season at Woodcliffe (WCF) this coming Saturday, JUNE 19, 2021 . Please be at the Woodcliffe pool by 7:30am . See below for important details. 

The deadline to sign your swimmer up is WEDNESDAY JUNE 16 at 9PM . Please go to www.bebarracudas.org/swim_ meets to sign up. Swimmers will not be able to swim on Saturday if they are not signed up by the deadline (no exceptions).

Who is swimming? Coach Malka will send out a lineup of who qualifies to swim this Saturday. Swimming at A meets is highly prized, so if you confirmed but later find that you (your swimmer) can’t attend, please notify Coach Malka ((240) 461-1768 or [email protected]) immediately so that we can give another swimmer the opportunity to swim at the meet.

COVID 19 Meet Attendance Criteria Health assessment is required for everyone that plans to attend the Swim Team Meet. If the any of the criteria below apply to you or anyone in your family (both spectators and swimmers), please do not attend the meet.

• Temperature of 100.4 or above in the 24 hours before the meet
• They experience symptoms associated with COVID-19, including, but not limited to, fever, cough, unusual fatigue, or loss of taste or smell in the 24 hours before the meet
• If the attendee has tested positive for COVID-19 and 10 days have not elapsed from the date of the positive test result
• If the attendee has not been fully vaccinated and has been identified as a close contact of anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19

Mask Requirements & Recommendations

• Masks are not required for vaccinated individuals
• People who are not fully vaccinated and those who might need extra precautions are strongly encouraged to wear a mask and stay socially distanced in all area of the pool.

• BE Warm-up: 8:15am - 8:45am

• Officials' Meeting: 8:15am
• Timer Meeting: 8:30am
• Scratch Meeting: 8:45am
• Meet Start Time: 9am

Volunteers: If you haven’t already done so, please sign up for a job to help us run Saturday’s meet. To sign up:

• Scroll down to "June 19"
• Click on the "Job Sign-Up" button
• Choose a job to perform

Dress-Up Theme: HAWAIIAN LUAU 

BE Team Seating Area: Our team will sit in the seating area closest to the entrance to the pool. There is little shade, so bring tents.

Programs: We will email programs to you Friday night. We will have programs at the meet to give to officials & reps but not for others, so please print out a hard copy of the program if you want one at the meet.
